Each individual may hold only one Account on the playtime platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. playtime reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time remains accurate and up to date. You must notify playtime promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting our support team.
playtime is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct KYC verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and other supporting documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your playtime login credentials, including your username and password. playtime recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number or email address each time you log in.
playtime accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. playtime does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. playtime reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and to suspend your Account if a third-party deposit is detected.
Deposits are generally credited to your playtime Balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. In the event of a delay, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.
playtime operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP unless otherwise stated.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your playtime Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of playtime's compliance team. playtime reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.

playtime reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your Account for cause, playtime reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and to withhold your Balance pending investigation. Real-money funds that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you following the completion of any applicable investigation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting playtime's support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to your registered payment method after KYC verification is confirmed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, playtime's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
playtime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if playtime has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
playtime does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond playtime's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. playtime will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
All content on the playtime platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of playtime or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of playtime.
playtime collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and playtime, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
playtime's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process under PAGCOR's framework.
