playtime Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and playtime ("playtime," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at playtime.today. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the playtime platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the playtime platform.

playtime operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the playtime website at playtime.today, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the playtime platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of playtime, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by playtime or by PAGCOR.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

playtime reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your Account if you fail to meet any of the above criteria.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on playtime, you must register an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the playtime platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. playtime reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time remains accurate and up to date. You must notify playtime promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting our support team.

playtime is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct KYC verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and other supporting documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your playtime login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. playtime will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify playtime immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. playtime will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

playtime recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number or email address each time you log in.

5. Deposits & Payments

playtime accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. playtime does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. playtime reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and to suspend your Account if a third-party deposit is detected.

Deposits are generally credited to your playtime Balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. In the event of a delay, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.

playtime operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP unless otherwise stated.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your playtime Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of playtime's compliance team. playtime reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours, 24/7 including weekends and Philippine public holidays.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Typically within 1 to 3 banking business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

playtime reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, playtime will notify you and endeavour to resolve the matter promptly.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

playtime offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unused Bonus Funds expire after this period.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games specified in the applicable promotion terms. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• playtime reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify players from promotions where abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

Players who opt out of marketing communications may not receive notification of available promotions. Bonus eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of playtime.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the playtime platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on playtime's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. playtime's decision on the outcome of any game dispute is final.

playtime reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the Player's Balance.

Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played, as communicated by the live dealer and displayed on screen. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the playtime platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing information in live games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to playtime immediately.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing playtime staff or other players through any communication channel.

playtime reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.

10. Responsible Gaming

playtime is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing your session duration and net gaming result.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gaming by placing your account in a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

playtime strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access the Platform. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the source payment method.

11. Suspension & Termination

playtime reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• playtime has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with your Account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You have requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.
• playtime is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination of your Account for cause, playtime reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and to withhold your Balance pending investigation. Real-money funds that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you following the completion of any applicable investigation.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting playtime's support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to your registered payment method after KYC verification is confirmed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, playtime's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

playtime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if playtime has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

playtime does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond playtime's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. playtime will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the playtime platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of playtime or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of playtime.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

playtime collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

playtime implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and playtime cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Amendments

playtime reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, playtime will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and playtime, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

playtime's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process under PAGCOR's framework.
